In 2013, a passionate group of volunteers came together with one goal: To open a high-volume, low-cost spay/neuter clinic in Charleston, WV to reduce pet overpopulation and prevent unnecessary euthanasia across our region.

After years of planning, fundraising, organizing, and believing in the mission… that dream became reality.

Today, thousands upon thousands of pets later, we are still here — still scrubbing in, still showing up, still committed to accessible veterinary care for West Virginia families, their pets, and the community cats who so often go unseen.

Over the past 8 years, we’ve:
Performed thousands of life-saving spay/neuter surgeries
Expanded access to affordable, preventative veterinary care
Built an incredible team of dedicated, mission-driven staff
Partnered with rescues, shelters, and supporters who believe in this work
